Marketing Content: KC Food Truck Round Up
Part of what I do for my client, Keller Williams Key Partners, is create content for a newsletter I design and put together for a group of realtors to send to their clients. Some of that content is published on their blog and some never touches the digital world. I've decided to post a bit of this content to my site as a sample of what I do.
Food trucks are all the rage- talented chefs are harnessing this affordable alternative to opening a restaurant as a way to bring their creations to a street corner near you. Check out our favorites now that the weather makes out door eating a fun option!.
Plantain District (Plantaindistrict.com):Jakob Polaco, formerly of The American Restaurant, opened this Cuban style food truck in 2015 and subsequently won Kansas City Food Truck Rookie of the Year 2015. You can also hire this delicious food truck for your events and parties.
Cirque du Sucré (Cirquedusucre.com):If you loved Natasha’s Mulberry and Mott on the Plaza, you’ll love Natasha’s new food truck specializing in ice cream sandwiches and decadent desserts. Don't miss out on their gorgeous Instagram account, not only because of the dainty and beautiful desserts- Natasha herself teaches macaron baking classes (the little meringue cookies are notoriously touchy and hard to bake) and will post registration information for their followers to find.
Pigwich (Pigwich.com):Ok, so this food truck isn’t mobile but it’s too delicious not to mention. Attached to Local Pig in the East Bottoms, Pigwich serves rustic and disgustingly decadent sandwiches, hot dogs and burgers. Pig Wich prides itself on high quality ingredients and sophisticated low/high combinations like Miso Bacon and homemade sauces.
